The service

Move Studio is a desktop application for macOS and Windows that helps you produce AI-generated product commercials. A subscription (€14.90/month or €129/year, VAT included) licenses the app on up to two computers at the same time. AI video generation runs through your own account with a third-party AI provider and is billed by that provider at their rates; those costs are not part of the subscription.

Subscription & cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal (linked from your Stripe receipts); the app then works until the end of the period already paid.
Videos, projects and files you created remain yours and stay on your computer after cancellation.

EU right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. By activating your licence key you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal for the period already supplied. If you have not activated your key, e-mail us within 14 days of purchase at info@msaidesign.com for a full refund.

Fair use

Don't share, resell or publish your licence key.
You are responsible for the content you generate and for complying with the terms of your AI provider. Don't use the app to produce unlawful or deceptive content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

Ownership

You own the videos you produce with Move Studio. We claim no rights over your inputs or outputs.

Warranty & liability

The app is provided with reasonable care but "as is"; AI engines are operated by third parties and their availability, pricing and output quality can change. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
