The short version

Move Studio is a desktop app. Your photos, projects and finished videos stay on your own computer. We do not see them, store them or claim any rights over them.

What we process

Purchases — payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your e-mail address and payment status so we can issue and manage your licence key. We never see your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Licence activation — when you activate the app, our licence server stores your licence key, an anonymous device fingerprint (a hash, not your files or name) and a device name you can see and remove yourself, to enforce the two-computer limit.
Video generation — generation runs through your own account with your AI provider (for example Runware), under their terms and privacy policy. Your prompts and images go from your computer to that provider, not to us.
Website — getmovestudio.com is served via Cloudflare and sets no marketing cookies and runs no trackers.

Retention & your rights

Licence records are kept while your subscription is active and for as long as required for tax and accounting law afterwards. Under the GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time: info@msaidesign.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
